StaffingPro was initially designed to meet the needs of the substitute teacher and paraprofessional staffing activity for a major Minnesota school district. With more than two dozen school locations and nearly four hundred substitute and paraprofessional staff, it was a time consuming activity. StaffingPro dramatically reduced the time and effort involved, while at the same time, documenting the entire staff placement process.
StaffingPro is equally effective for temporary and semi-permanent staff placements for Temporary Employment, Staffing, and Placement Agencies.

Consolidates all staff data into a database consisting of personal identification data, qualifications, licenses, special requirements and limitations, job preferences, and availability. |

Maintains all staffing locations in the database with location details, contact personnel, phone numbers, e-mail and web addresses, special requirements, and directions to the location. |
Tying all this together is the Staff Assignment function. All calls made to staff members are quickly and easily recorded here with the date and time of the call, the result of the call, and if assignment is made, the assignment location, date of assignment, and any notes relative to the call and assignment.

Provides various master file and staffing reports, and a mailing label function, generated from the database, for mailings to staff members. |
StaffingPro is extremely easy to use. Assignment and tracking is accomplished with a phone call and a few clicks of the mouse.
The History function provides a history of all calls made to the staff members, the result of the call, and any particulars or notes about the call or the assignment. It provides for a recap of all attempts to reach a staff member and the result (not reached, voice mail, not available, accepted, passed, previously booked, etc.).
StaffingPro is an excellent resource, not only for staff placement, but for also for evaluating the availability of staff for assignment and for reviewing the equitable assignment of positions across the entire staffing pool.
